To cope with our expansion in Hong Kong we are looking for a passionate Communication Manager to develop our branding, improve traffic and conversion in a time of rapid growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement media partnerships with art, cultural and life style organisations
- Attend media events as media representative
- Assist in defining and implementing Zolima CityMag's marketting strategy
- Monitor and manage Social Media platforms
- Help define social media strategy, including identifying appropriate sites, blogs and communities
- Moderate and produce content for Social Media platforms
- Report on statistics and metrics.
- Manage Zolima CityMag's community of subscribers
- Design and monitor native and sponsored newsletter campaigns
- Provide informed content to help develop products and services for the benefit of our subscribers
- Assist in leading SEM & SEO
- Lead Search Engine Marketing, including Search Engine Optimisation in particular
- Understand site efficiency metrics and circulate regular reports onperformance
- Segment and understand nature of traffic
- Assist in managing content sources and maintaining quality content :
- Manage and negotiate with outsourced image providers such as photographers, videographers, institutions and other image resources.
- Develop and nurture relationship with external sources of editorial material to remain on top of time sensitive content.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Digital marketing experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Adwords, SEO
- Fluent in social media navigation and analytics
- Proven track record of growing a customer base
- Experienced in written content production
- Creative and imaginative
- An interest in art, design, culture and Hong Kong
- Minimum university bachelor degree in communication/media/marketing/journalism
- 3 years of working experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
- Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
