We are looking for a unique individual with the leadership skills, intellect, passion for transforming the education sector, relevant business development experience and a track record of working with organisations in APAC, especially Hong Kong/China.
What skills are we looking for?
- B2B and B2C sales and marketing professional with several years of demonstrated success developing, growing and managing a software-based business;
- Experience in selling digital products, strong analytical skills, presentation and public speaking experience;
- Experience with the education and/or startup industry with a network of strong relationships within the sector;
- Strategic, creative thinker with an ability to self-motivate; exhibiting strong self-management and sense of urgency
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or additional Asian language(s) would be desirable.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Structure and execute a go-to-market strategy for Thriveful with a focus on APAC partnerships, collaboration with educational organisations and affiliate programs;
- Establish a scalable sales process, operational support and gradually assemble and training a sales team;
- Direct the planning, staffing, budgeting and expense prioritisation for the APAC sales operations team;
- Develop a sustainable and competitive monetization model and a pricing strategy.
