Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and office administrative support, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, filing and data entry
- Handle other office works and provide other office support as assigned by supervisor
- Additional tasks to support project management, system testing and other initiatives
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration
- 1 year working experience in Administration
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
