At the moment, Lenx.ai is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead our customer service support team through the product development cycle for our newly launched product.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the onboarding process and the product development cycle
- Address customer complaints and review product features and priorities
- Drive operational improvements and streamline existing processes in customers’ development cycle
- Provide input into the creation of training courses and educational materials for both external and internal stakeholders
- Be a part of the team that promotes product value and upsells our services, products and company vision
- Represent the company in client meetings
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position preferred
- Experienced in digital marketing and communications
- Previous project experience preferred
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the product development cycle and customer process
- Ability to establish milestones and keep product development team on task
