Key Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with our product owner in conceptualizing features to be added in our product
- Conduct user research to discover insights about user goals and behaviors, hypothesize solutions, and validate designs with target users
- Conduct standardized usability testing with potential users to ensure the prototype designs are intuitive
- Communicate with product manager to prioritize enhancement to be made or features to be developed
- Identify, document, and communicate enhancement needed for existing features
- Work closely with developer to ensure existing features are running smooth
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for upcoming features release
- Work closely with developer and product team to ensure the functions and styling of upcoming features are delivered properly
- Assist in carrying out various kinds of design and creative projects (website, video, infographics, brochure, documents, social media and all other creative materials)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Protopie or other similar tools needed to perform the function of UX animation
- Creative talent with a good eye for aesthetics
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Portfolio are required
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Have knowledge on HTML, CSS, and javascript
