New Location responsibility - Site Sales Manager
What you’ll do:
Sales: Sell memberships to achieve site occupancy targets.
Outreach: Hunt: proactively develop and maintain relationships with target agents and third parties to drive leads.
Ownership: Manage the accounts from pre-sale through to sale and activation.
Team: Work with the commercial and operational teams.
Stay Ahead: Be organised in time, resources and reporting. Keep up to date with admin and internal reporting requirements.
Mindset: Think differently. Add value to theDesk’s spaces and position the company as a co-working front-runner.
What we look for:
A hunter with at least two years of experience in commercial or consultative sales roles. Previous co-working or business centre experience is advantageous.
Experience in influencing decision-makers.
Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (Mandarin)
Self-sufficiency - able to perform independently.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Smart, fast-learner with a broad knowledge base.
This role reports to theDesk’s Chief Commercial Officer.
