Description
What you’ll do:
- New Business: Deliver a consultative approach to qualifying and placing new Members across theDesk’s portfolio. Grow Membership and commercial opportunities in existing sites and new locations to meet targets.
- Portfolio: Take ownership for assigned locations.
- Relationships: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and agents to develop a referral network.
- Products and Service Development: Provide input and ongoing analysis into the product and service portfolio including proposing ideas for new product and service development and campaign messaging.
- Team: Team player. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Work together with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Stay Ahead: Be organised in time, resources and reporting. Keep up to date with admin and internal reporting requirements.
- Mindset: Think differently. Add value to theDesk’s spaces and position the company as a co-working front-runner.
What we look for:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial or consultative sales roles - experience in the co-working industry or real estate is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) required. Mandarin is advantageous.
- Independent and self-starter.
- Good at identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
- Smart, fast-learner with a broad knowledge base.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Community Growth - Sales Manager
Salary
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
