You will work in close partnership with the leadership team, devising, evaluating and executing sales, communications and marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition, brand awareness and service experience.

With a tap of a finger, our technology also allows clients to resell their pre loved items across multiple pre loved marketplaces.
II. Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in building and nurturing PAKT's B2C sales strategy
- Support all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, selling, negotiating client packages and closing sales.
- Service incoming sales inquiries, especially in Cantonese
- Actively reach out to potential B2C leads, expand customer relationships and convert to sales
- Source external champions and build PAKT's referral network
- Identify and create sales funnels
III. Requirements:
- English and Cantonese are a must. Mandarin is preferred.
- At least 2+ years experience in business development, sales and/or customer service
- A good team player, able to build relationships within a multi-cultural environment
- Excited and curious about tech and digital
- Strong researcher
- Creative thinker
