The role of Account Manager / Client Success Manager is critical to the success of achieving the client’s requirements for installations of vending machines, software and reports. The Client Success Manager should have proven history of success in an Account Management position at a prior company. He/she will report directly to Head of Sales as well as the General Manager
• Bridge the gap between Sales Team and Operations Team.
• Liaise with with the client on requirements, develop implementation schedule and execute installation of vending machines or new products
• Maintain relationships (new and existing), along with the Sales Team, to ensure the client is happy with the on-going service deliverables
• Report directly to Head of Sales and General Manager on progresses with consistent reports on timelines and deliverables
Requirements
• 2+ years experience with account management or client success management
• Proven ability to manage big scale projects
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
