FinFabrik is a Financial Technology Solutions Builder based in Hong Kong, focused on capital markets tech. We develop platforms that our corporate clients use to bring investment services such as retail brokerage to their customers and to engage in technology-driven capital market activities. FinFabrik builds the solutions for a FinServ future that will be digital and highly automated, focused on user experience.

The product and services
Your work will start with our core products: BrokerFabrik, a next-generation online platform that Financial Institutions use to offer trading services to their customers. The platform is built from the ground up with state-of-the-art design principles, technologies and engineering practices. We want to offer our ultimate users an outstanding investment experience and powerful trading and portfolio management tools through the use of analytics, visualisation and actionable insights.
Your position and what you will add
You will be an ambitious UI/UX designer who knows how to think in customer experience and aims to build a delightful user journey for our clients. A core mission of BrokerFabrik is leveraging data analytics to build features that help traders take better investment decisions. While that requires a complex setup in the back, it needs to be delivered in a natural and simple way in the front. We expect you to own that key quality of the product and to design and create for a multiplatform environment across different operating systems. You will bring your wealth of experience and innovative ideas, alongside work in market analysis, metrics, customer feedback and usability findings, to deliver results that connect emotionally and functionally to customers.
You will be a central and active part of a fast-paced, pragmatic and collaborative environment and a diverse group of people working in different setups and locations. Being theoretically solid as well as hands-on in your work, translating product and client requirements into outstanding design. You will effectively coordinate across multiple teams, ranging from our colleagues in product management and engineering to commercial and advisory functions.
