Responsibilities:

Work
closely with our products and technology team to understand testing and
business requirements
·
Responsible
for overall scheduling of testing activity, creating detailed test plans, test cases,
defect tickets and reports
·
Conduct
comprehensive functional and performance testing, Acceptance and Regression
testing, Front End and Back End Testing, verifying fixes and produce reports
for different releases
·
Update
and maintain best QA procedures and standards, including test planning, test
data preparation and test automation
·
Write
reliable, efficient test scripts and automated test cases, execute test
cases/scripts to ensure effective functional coverage and delivery of quality
software applications
·
Design,
monitor, and evaluate quality assurance metrics such as defect details/summary,
test results and test status
·
Provide
actionable improvement recommendations to the product quality
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor
degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
·
At
least 2 years related experience in software testing and quality assurance
·
Experience
with the entire software lifecycle and Agile technologies
·
Strong
knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
·
Good
understanding of test case management, version control & defect tracking
·
Experience
in Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing and Integration
Testing
·
Familiar
with preparing test data metrics and Defect Tracking tools
·
Working
knowledge of Cloud technologies and experience with testing Mobile APP products,
and scripting/automation skills will be a plus
·
Prior
experience in financial and/or insurance sectors preferred
·
Excellent
oral and written communication skills
·
Detail
oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills
