- Lead the product development cycle to ship features and experiences that successfully deliver business needs and user values
- Work with product managers to create product plans, roadmaps, product requirement document (PRD)
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and provide user journeys and process flows - Manage backlogs and coordinate with IT development to ensure features/releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Perform user research, evaluate customer behaviours/feedbacks to produce wireframes/mockups - Optimize funnel, conversions; run A/B tests on various growth metrics
- Identify key benefits and opportunities at the product level to help sales/marketing teams to drive customer adoption and increase revenue
