• Develop, enhance and maintain backend systems including core robo-advisory system and trading system
• Responsible for product development to meet the growing clients’ and users’ demands and requirements
• Develop highly automated system maintenance tools and enhance system performance, stability, scalability and security
• Collaborate with quant team in developing and fine-tuning trading algorithms
• Will be required to travel occasionally overseas and mostly between Shenzhen and Hong Kong
Job Requirements
• Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science or related technical disciplines
• 3+ years of software development experience focused on Java/Spring framework.
• Strong experience in implementing successful distributed, scalable, high-performance multi-threaded backend server
• Good knowledge in micro-service architecture and database management
• Experience with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ is preferred
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
• A mature, self-starting, result-oriented, hands-on, hard-working, creative, communicative, flexible and friendly person who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 40k-60k
