Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be owning and creating the social media presence of multiple apps and games, each with specific needs and audiences. You will be able to execute these strategies, measure the impacts, and maintain the flexibility to adjust when key metrics are falling short.
In this role, you will be working directly with project owners, and senior managers, in preparing plans that will best suit the specific titles. You will bring your expertise, and suggest how audiences and engagement can be built, tailor made for each of these new game or app experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of social media experience with minimum 3 year in managerial role
- Deep, proven knowledge of social media platforms and driving engagement
- Proven track record of developing and fostering social media communities for entertainment software or similar
- Able to handle multiple projects at once
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Experience in preparing social media strategies and executing them
- Engagement analysis, and able to adjust strategy based on data
- Able to write and create content suited for various platform types e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Instagram
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain
- Knowledge of games, especially mobile games
- Experience in social media team recruiting
