We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will actively manage a portfolio of corporate customers, both local and multinational, in Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to be part of a team developing a truly innovative and high potential business. Depending on interest and performance, the role may evolve towards a management position with responsibility to build the relationship team and lead customer subscription growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting our customers
- Conduct onboarding, quarterly business reviews and any other proactive outreach to drive results, product adoption, ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the Zegal product to provide technical guidance to increase feature adoption.
- Support post-sales activities in the form of presentations, demonstrations, and customer questionnaire responses.
Supporting other Zegal teams
- Support the sales team with technical app knowledge.
- Support the content team, by maintaining and improving the product content published on the Zegal Help Centre.
- Support the partnerships team with Premium solutions.

Experience
- Relationship management experience in a professional services setting and experience in building and nurturing longer-term relationships with clients.
Languages
- English and Cantonese a must
- Other Singaporean languages a plus, but not a requirement
Education
- University degree or equivalent professional apprenticeship
