Primary Purpose:
The Production Assistant plays a supporting role for Vectr Ventures studio projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual looking to begin their career in production.

- Consolidate and distribute calendars
- Investigate and develop new SP’s (Service Providers) and/or outsourcing vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist with studio office operations
- Provide general administrative support
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
