We are offering an internship opportunity within our Front of House team to undergraduates or fresh graduates who want to gain first hand experience working in a fast-paced coworking space. This internship will provide you with hands-on customer service and front of house experience in an entrepreneurial environment, whilst allowing you to meet awesome people. From operations, basic administration, customer service, you’ll get to assist our different teams in Hong Kong and gain some valuable experience.

About the role
As a Front of House intern at the Hive, you are expected to be friendly, efficient and professional at all times, with a well polished personal presentation. You will have the opportunity to be exposed across one or multiple locations in Hong Kong
Duties and responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, assisting clients, members and non-members
- Assist members and Community staff with daily operational duties, basic administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the local team
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the location by assisting the team with room bookings, data entry and other operational procedures
- Assist in basic social media duties such as taking photographs, and liaising information to different teams within the headquarters team
- Assist daily operations by ensuring that the office and common areas are maintained spotless at all times
Experience and requirements
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate with international exposure
- A positive, can-do attitude and friendly personality
- A strong customer-service mentality with strong work ethics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure, fast-thinking and not afraid of 'getting your hands dirty'
- Fluent to native English Speaker
- Immediately available and able to commit to a 3 month full time basis would be an advantage
