For What We Are Hiring
We’re looking for a skilled freelance SaaS designer to support our team to research, design and improve versions of our platform and related collateral. You are obsessed about designing beautiful and intuitive experiences and interfaces and looking for a new adventure. You are a person that thrives working remotely with very little supervision.
What You Will Do:
Research, design, prototype new user experience in collaboration with the product manager and/or creative director.
Deliver user cases and scenarios, wireframe & prototypes, mockups of screens and flows, visual assets’ production, documentation and style guidelines for implementation.
Handle a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.
Present and communicate designs and deliverables to peers and executives.
Qualifications:
First and foremost, you should have an uncommon eye for what is a good SaaS user experience and design. You should know a great web and mobile UI when you see it, and be able to explain why it's great (even if you didn't create it!).
You have a proven track record of designing UX/UI aspects of a product from start to finish and from a 360 degree view.
You advocate for what good looks like – friends and co-workers may even describe your sensibilities and design skills as masterful.
You should also be fluent in design tools to create wireframes with bonus points for understanding how to create user flows and working knowledge of XHTML/CSS. If you can cut up your own comps, even better.
Of course, we're looking for independent self-starters - candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction and who learns and understands by asking the right questions.
You should have a legit portfolio of SaaS projects. We want to see that you've built great web interfaces before, not just great websites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and bonus points for having Mandarin speaking skills.
You are a transparent team player with strong ethics and values.

This is a remote freelance role where you can work from anywhere so we will be compensating based on an hourly basis or on a fixed retainer.
