We are looking for a full-time employee for 3 to 6 months who is self-motivated and dynamic to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The role is responsible for creating fun content, being a product and brand cheerleader on various social media platforms, managing our emailing campaigns as well as assisting the sales team with various operations.
a) Social media
Create a social media calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
Create content - image editing, basic video editing
Social Listening - Understand what the audience wants to hear from us
Competitor content mapping
Drive social media engagement - increase following, likes, and shares
b) Influencer Marketing
Identifying, reaching out and building relationships with influencers
Lead social media contests and quizzes
Negotiating co-marketing activities
Keeping our CRM updated
c) Emailing campaigns
Using our CRM to create or update campaigns, more specifically end of the year campaigns (Black Friday and Christmas)
Ensuring the proper execution of planned marketing campaigns
Following up on results and analytics
d) Sales support:
Operations: organizing worldwide shipping of the products and handling inventory – both with our fulfilment provider
Accounting: basic invoicing and monthly reconciliation of all company transactions
Building sales report & analytics: compile recurrent monthly sales report for the management team
WHAT TO BRING:
Ability to multi-task, and excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong autonomy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive and self-motivated
Customer-centric attitude, understanding of the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences
Professional, assertive and friendly with the ability to make decisions independently.
College Degree or Associate Degree in sales, communications, marketing, business or any related discipline
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
