Mental health is broken in Asia. While half of the population has poor well being, and 1 in 7 suffers from actual mental disorder, only a third seeks help. But as mental health care is so underinvested in Asia, it takes months to years to get help. Even so, all you get is around 5-10 minutes before they send you off. If you want better care, then you have to pay more than 200 USD per session.
