About the role
Prenetics is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on developing and operating a cohesive ‘growth marketing engine’ that works to effectively utilize business intelligence, content, social, CRM, and other digital channels to optimally market and thereby grow the Prenetics user base within its B2B platform, as well as an upcoming Direct to Consumer e-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about health & wellness, thrive in working in a fast-growth startup environment and has a sound understanding of digital, including areas such as social (paid and organic), SEM, SEO, content, CRM, etc. He or she breathes analytics and data, is experienced working with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics and AdWords, and is eager to drive business results.
Responsibilities

Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversions.

Develop detailed digital campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, and schedule.

Social media marketing: Content research, copywriting, liaison with creative team, KPI measurement

Performance marketing: Supporting campaign management and optimization on Facebook/Instagram, AdWords etc.

Identifying trends and consumers insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Influencer marketing: Influencer identification and management

Brainstorming creative growth strategies

Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and A/B tests

Collaborating with internal teams to create website pages and to optimize user experience and conversion rates
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study.

2-3 years experience in a digital agency, media agency (digital focus), growth hacking, or paid acquisition experience at a startup

Experience with digital analytics techniques and technologies (i.e. Google Analytics, Excel, Supermetrics etc)

Interest in content development and copywriting for social and email campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate with confidence and strong logical reasoning to support own ideas

Ability to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including, paid search, email, marketing automation, content marketing, personalization and social media

Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals. Data-driven thinker.
