About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic intern to reinforce the HK team. The successful applicant will join a young, international and proactive team dedicated to develop the client network.
As a Sales & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible in assisting the HK Sales Manager to lead the brand's development in Asia.
You will work closely with your direct colleague and the support of the European team to build the best value proposition and acquire new clients.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Prospection by calling new customers according to brand strategy
- Expand the Company’s network through new customers and/or channels
Admin
- Maintain an accurate sales data base and CRM system
Marketing
- Provide feedback to Sales team on the success of internal marketing activities as well as those of competitors
- Know the market (size, profile, future potential etc.)
Reporting
- Participate actively to the Weekly meetings
- Produce comprehensive monthly reporting to the Management
Requirements – Skills and abilities
- Excellent attitude, mindset and presentation are a must
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent level of English and Chinese
- Organized and proactive
- Sales personality
- Self-motivated, self-starter and team player
- Proficient in MS Office
