We are looking for a Part-time Assistant (Operations & Customer Services) to help our growing team and take PICKUPP to the next level. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting different forms of operations, as well as work on longer-term strategic initiatives. A self-starter and entrepreneur, you will work closely with the dynamic team to creating efficient, scalable and fun workflows for the long-term.

Job Description
1. Handle daily enquiries thoroughly from merchants, customers and delivery agents with strong attention-to-details
2. Get involved in operations monitoring with state-of-the-art logistics technology tools and gadgets.
3. Analyse data to strategise and streamline warehouse opeartions flow
Skill and Working Hours Requirement
1. Self-motivated and demonstrate ability to tackle and streamline enquiries skillfully
2. Passion in operations management and logistics industry to assist in creating and modifying efficient, scalable and fun workflows
3. Available to work in weekends would be a plus
