PICKUP is the next disruptor in the logistics industry leveraging on idle manpower to rationalize delivery network for new economies. We are currently expanding our team to support the rapid business growth.
We’re looking for a Full-time Customer Service Officer to help our growing team.
Job responsibilities:
1. To answer business enquiries over phone and email in a timely manner
2. To follow up with current merchants and engage them
3. Maintaining a professional and good image to customers when providing business services
4. Work and coordinate with other departments to help solving customers’ problems
Skills & Requirements:
1. Past customer service experience and proven track record strongly preferred
2. Less than 3 years of working experience
3. Eloquent in both English and Cantonese
4. Immediate availability will be an advantage
