Responsibilities:
- Drafts proposal in response to tender or work assignment brief from government or commercial clients and ensures all tender requirements and specifications have been met by the proposal
- Drives requirements and planning to define required business processes including determination of the highest priority for implementation
- Manages customer relationships to seek out and identify new business opportunities
- Works closely with project management team to gather user requirements, timeline and handle change of requests
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Wants to do great work for great clients
- Self-motivated to solve problems and manage tasks
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Hong Kong smart locker network expansion
- Explore potential business opportunities and achieve high level of customer satisfaction with the launch of new smart locker service
- Liaise with related internal, external parties and real estate consultancy from time to time for tenancy management
- Relationship building with merchants, property developers, property agents and landlords
- Work closely with business partners to ensure accuracy of marketing events, message and promotion details
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
- Excellent problem solving, organization and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve target
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good computer literacy in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
