Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition for Authgear and FormX.ai. These two products specifically target software/IT decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and more.

The primary objective of the Growth Marketing Team is to pinpoint a scalable channel for user growth. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to identify problem statements and hypotheses, followed by the consolidation of all necessary details for effective experiment planning.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute the user growth strategy
Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and opportunities and execute action plans across various traction channels, including but not limited to website, email, paid channels, social media, and offline events
Create and maintain marketing data dashboards and pipelines to benchmark and track the performance of experiments
You would report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with other Sales and Product colleagues.

What we are looking for in you:

Understand and embody a growth mindset
Possess an advanced understanding of and passion for SEO & CRO
Capable of conducting experiments with a focus on fast iteration
To thrive in this role, you must be goal-oriented, have strong critical thinking skills, and be driven by data
Have excellent written English skills

A big plus if you have:
previous experience working in other B2B SaaS companies / high-growth start-ups
experience maintaining and updating website content

Location
Taipei. Remote is possible only for candidates with really solid experiences.
