All founders are from the microfinance world and created OpenCBS when we realised there were no affordable platforms for running very small scale financial institutions - Microfinance Institutions, Credit Unions, etc.
We try to provide very affordable products that are easy to set-up and can go-live within weeks rather than months or years for traditional banking systems. Most products are working in the Cloud to make them more affordable and scalable, however in some cases we still propose to implement our products on-premises, mostly where regulations are not yet allowing Cloud-hosting.
We develop a Cloud-based Core Banking System, a Tablet Application for eKYC, Digital Field Application & Loan approval, and a Loan Origination Solution.
