You will be responsible to:
- Build a relationship of trust with our partners
- Support the partners to grow their Odoo activity
- Develop, maintain and animate the Odoo partners network
- Sell any products or services provided by Odoo (Odoo Enterprise contracts, training sessions, offshore resources, consulting...).
- Achieve your commercial targets
You will need the following skills:
- Between 2 and 4 years experience in inside sales in the software sector
- Familiar with software industry and Open Source business model
- Good communication skill, fluent in English and Mandarin
- Passionate about sales and excellent negotiator
- Dynamic and self-motivated person willing to go the extra mile with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure on monthly target and identify tactics for constant improvement
- Hands on attitude with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
- Mature, well organized and with positive attitude
