Ntuple is a well-funded SaaS company, offering middleware and backend solutions that enable digital platforms and systems to perform seamless and painless integrations. We are launching our new office in Hong Kong and we are looking for talents to support our expansion in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Handle and assist with administrative work including office management, secretarial support, and general HR issues
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements for the team
- Handle corresponding telephone calls and emails
- Arrange travel arrangements including hotel and flight bookings and itineraries
- Assist with taking minutes and prepare meeting materials
- Arrange and coordinate company events; conference calls and annual meetings
- Handle bookkeeping, including expense claim processing, filing, and documentation
- Assist with basic HR tasks like arranging interviews, handling employment contracts, payroll, and MPF
- Visit banks and various departments such as company registration to ensure company operation is smooth
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- University degree preferred, Form 7 minimum
- Hard-working, responsible, and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience (less experience will also be considered if qualified)
- Good command of spoken and written languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
