Description

The role you will play:

The Novalearn Business Development Executive is responsible for building the sales pipeline and partnerships, including schools, learning institutions, and parents.

This position is considered an equation alongside the Customer Success Team and will work closely with our Marketing & Management Team to develop a business growth strategy and marketing innovation ideas to drive B2B leads to conversion.

This individual’s performance is based on new leads generation and successful partnerships deals with commission. 

Your Main Tasks:

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers in the education industry.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, achieve client satisfaction through recurring renewals of service.
  • Develop market strategies to generate leads
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to present solution ideas to key decision makers
  • Develop and grow sales pipeline and funnel with Marketing team 
  • Team engagement:
    a) Collaborate with Novalearn’s Marketing team to provide feedback on customer communications campaigns.
    b) Provide continuous customer feedback to Novalearn’s Product Team.
    c) Build and grow the Business Development and Sales Team.

Requirement:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the business development of sales experience or in the education industry.

  • Degree or equivalent in business management, finance, economics or similar study.
  • Validated results in prior role.
  • Proficiency communicating data via Excel, HubSpot and other business intelligence tools.
  • Happy, Helpful, Humble, and Hungry.
  • Familiarity with the international and local education segments in Hong Kong.
