We are an innovative edutainment technology company with after-school learning solutions for schools. You will work with the team to share about our pilot programs and design customized learning solutions for education providers. You will also generate new educational content for our gamified learning platform. Additionally, you will work with the co-founders to enhance the offerings and conduct research in preparation for the next phase of our product roadmap. A background in business-related disciplines is preferred due to the nature of the project and position.
- Research the market to identify opportunities and gaps that Novalearn can fill by understanding the prospects' needs and pain points;
- Create proposals and present them in person or virtually to prospects. You should be able to think creatively about how our solution can assist the prospects' pain points;
- Collaborate with the Product team to onboard a new prospect to our learning solution;
- Assist the marketing team in running physical events or where assistance is needed
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned (e.g., proof-reading)
Deliverables:
- Ability to prepare proposals and Keynotes to present to prospective clients.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined, proven ability to work independently.
- Able to problem-solve creatively based on understanding the client's pain points.
Training
- You will be assigned a Manager during the internship whom you will report to;
- Weekly meetings with the Manager to assess learning progress and ensure deliverables are met;
- High performing interns may be offered full-time positions after graduation.
Note:
This Hong Kong-based internship position is open for full-time or part-time:
- part-time: a minimum of 2 months to 6 months
(15 to 20 hours per week from Jan to Jun 2023) and/or
- full-time: a minimum of 3 months to 6 months internship
(Monday to Friday from Jan to Jun 2023)
