Business Development and Marketing Specialist (Hong Kong)
The role you will play:
The Novalearn Business Development and Marketing Specialist is responsible for building the business development and sales pipeline that includes B2B education boards and institutions and B2C homemaker parents. This position is considered an equation alongside the Customer Success Team and will be working closely with our Management Team in developing business growth strategy and marketing innovation ideas to drive leads to conversion. This role serves as the internal voice of the customer while working with the other Novalearn teams to exceed customer expectations. This individual’s performance is based on specific metrics associated with B2B product adoption, onboarding, expansion and retention.

Your Main Tasks:
- Actively reach out to potential B2B leads and propose the suitable product based on the customers’ needs;
- Expand customer relationships; convert leads into sales for B2B and B2C;
- Collaborate with Novalearn’s Digital Marketing team to demonstrate customer communication campaigns;
- Provide continuos customer feedback to Novalearn’s Product Team;
- Build and grow the Business Development and Marketing Team.
What you will bring to the table:
- B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics or similar study.
- Validated results in prior role.
- At least 2+ years experience in business development/sales experience, preferably understanding how to build the sales pipeline or set up the enterprise software
- Proficiency communication data via Excel and other business intelligence tools

Salary: HKD18,000 - HKD 23,000
