As an Operations Analyst at Neat, you’ll help to resolve operational issues our customers face and find ways to avoid them in the future to deliver the smoothest and the best user experience.
Responsibilities:
Resolve operational issues raised by the Customer Support team in a timely manner
Be the expert of our operational processes and systems, and take lead in optimizing them to enable us for hypergrowth
Implement a scalable process to proactively handle operational issues before they impact our customers
Work closely with Financial Control to eliminate pain points with reconciliation and accounting
Address financial and accounting considerations in the preparation of the launch of new services
Take lead in the implementation of processes with new external partners
Supervise and monitor the performance of existing external partners
Requirements
You are willing to get your hands dirty to solve operational problems for our customers
You are curious by nature and love making an impact with whatever you do
You are a go-getter, and do whatever it takes to get things done
You are a good communicator who can work well with individuals from different backgrounds
You understand how banking products, such as Accounts, Cards, and Remittances, work behind the scenes
You know how money moves inside the sophisticated financial system
You understand basic accounting and the importance of doing it properly
You have the ability to break down complicated problems into small pieces and quickly identify the root causes.
You are comfortable working with tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel
You have a degree or relevant experience in Finance or Accounting preferably.
