We're hiring! We're looking for guys with a customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
You will be responsible for delivering more user-friendly Chatbot for entreprises using our Chatbot Platform and work closely with stakeholders to help ensure the knowledge base in Chatbot is up-to-date and accurate.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use our Chatbot Platform to make the Chatbot more 'human' and 'friendly'
- Collect the data from internal stakeholders and review if they are suitable to be trained into the Chatbot
- Understand the logical flow of the Chatbot and ensure the knowledge base is up-to-date
- Deliver Chatbot Training Workshop to educate our client the knowledge of building a Chatbot
- Follow up on any UAT issues and report to our Engineering Team
- Be part of outreach activities, campaigns, demos, events and roadshows to promote usage of the Chatbot
Our Requirements:
- Available to work for a minimum of 2 days per week
- Pursuing a Degree in Business, Science or Engineering or related fields of study
- Experience with at least one Chatbot framework is a Plus
- Experience with Rest APIs, including consuming or building is a Plus
- Experience with front-end development in JavaScript, HTML5, or CSS with a talent for UI and UX is a Big Plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creative, Adaptable, Customer-Centric Mindset, and interested in UI/UX
