BIM Manager (CCBM)
OPPORTUNUTIES -
- Deliver strategic digitalisation solutions to meet the clients’ needs
- Provide professional advice on the BIM implementation and design of Common Data Environment to improve the project delivery
- Audit BIM models and related information from clients
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinates and clients in delivering BIM, including 3D modelling, 4D & 5D simulation, and visusalisation
- Supervise and mainage the BIM models and documents over a Common Data Environment
- Supervise and document BIM implementation processes and specifications of the projects
- Confer with developer teams to upgrade the BIM Warehouse
- Deliver BIM trainings
REQUIREMENTS -
- Degree or above in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural/ Building Services or related disciplines
- CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM)
- Assistant grade if no CCBM or equivalent
- Experience in BIM applications and management
- Excellent in written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated learner, collaborative teammate, organised engineer
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -
- Skills in BIM / 3D modelling/ 3D visualisation software, i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Glodon, Fuzor, Cubicost, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Enscape, MS Project, or equivalent
- Working experience in construction field
- Strong skills in problem-solving, teamwork, organisation
