Full Circle Art Initiative is presented by Leap Initiative. With strategic partnerships and collaborations, the foundation aims to preserve & promote African Arts and cultures within and outside Africa. Leap Initiative is a non-profit organization that supports programs focused on emerging artists throughout the continent of Africa, Europe and Asia. As projects are realized, the foundation support structure also comes in the form of much needed resources such as expertise, advisory and networking.

While aesthetic considerations formed the basis of our curatorial decisions, as did the conceptual and technical acuity of the artists who explore the history and identity of the African continent and cultures, essential to understand the context within which they work. The World Culture Festival biennale reflects the momentum African Arts & Culture is gaining in Asia. The key notes, masterclasses, culinary experience and panel discussions our Leap Initiative is organizing aim to foster a “forward” narrative on Africa
