We are looking for an organized, independent, and detailed person to fill the role of Junior Admin Clerk. Experience is a plus but not necessary as a fast learner can quickly pick up what we do.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including supplies ordering and maintenance.
- Support the receptionist duties such as greeting guests and handling incoming calls.
- Distribute incoming correspondence couriers.
- Office expenses payment handling.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a holder of Associate Degree or Higher Diploma.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese.
- A can-do attitude and independent.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined and meticulous.
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Some legal knowledge about Hong Kong company regulations a plus but not compulsory (a fast learner will be able to quickly pick up what we do).
