Currently, we are building a strong in-house Regional marketing team here in Hong Kong & looking for a Business Analyst to further strengthen our Growth Analytics team within our Growth Marketing organization. You will be responsible for carrying out analysis of internal CRM data, analysing customer surveys & building reporting workflows to drive insights for our growth leaders as well as to our marketing managers to support decision making and further profitable growth.

The Day-to-day activities:
- Understand and measure all stages of customer acquisition funnel from awareness to purchase
- Integrate, cleanse, migrate and manage Marketing data. Help develop the creation, flow and analysis of key data
- Uncover actionable insights about our business through complex data analysis and communicate those insights effectively to functional leaders
- Automate and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity) for the Growth Marketing team
- Develop, execute, and report on growth experiments to provide insights to conversion rate optimization
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years professional experience in a quantitative field at a mobile or consumer web company
BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar is preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw inferences from abstract data patterns
- Familiarity with data visualization application (Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools)
Experience working with relational databases and SQL, Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with developing, implementing, and reporting on AB tests
Good understanding of key metrics such as CAC and LTV
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and to drive decisions with data
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing a plus
