Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the growth of www.imBee.io. Your role will be to boost growth and sales by managing and developing client relationships, seek new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop business strategies.
To be successful in this role, you have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, sales and partnerships. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong client relationships, from first contact until you close the deal. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Create proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing company products
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Analyse market reports to determine where to seek out new business
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Securing partnerships using consultative selling strategies to craft and negotiate offer details that align with financial and operational objectives
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
