Job descritption:
- Assisting in the organizing of school events/seminars or digital campaigns and delivery ways to improve them
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Updating spreadsheets, customers database and perform administrative task in sales and marketing department
- Creating content for company’s blog and social media accounts
- Preparing product marketing materials and delivery on a regular basis (Product leaflet, Case study, email newsletter, etc.)
- Assisting to conduct market survey, report and analysis, as and when required
- Performing ad hoc projects as assigned by management from time to time
Requirement:
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Able to work independently and adhere to marketing objectives and deadlines
- Determined and result-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability of editorial and writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Suite (Sheets/ Slides/Forms)
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates with high caliber is also preferred.
