We are currently hiring for our client who is an Innovation Lab in a "startup-in-a-corporate" environment. If you like to be in a multi-national dynamic team and yet do have the ability to deal with interdepartmental challenges, we would like to talk to you.
Responsibility:
- Coordinate with procurement, accounting and finance department to handle purchase request and billing process
- Work with product managers and dev team in project support, ranging from hiring, market research to operating team project management tool
- Be the champion of the innovation team culture change
- Report on team KPI and strategic meeting agenda and minutes planning
- Manage financial issues of the team and work closely with procurement team
- Organise client visits at the innovation lab and external events
- Ensure full compliance with company standard, policies and procedures
- Drive and lead ad-hoc projects related to office maintenance and daily operation, on time within budget, and meeting quality and safety standard
- Identify improvement areas for daily operation and office equipment
Qualification
- You have to be able to write management reports
- You love reading about technology and can summarise in easily understandable reports
- You are patient and are a good team player
- You do not need to have working experience but are eager to learn about new technologies
- You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and capable of establishing excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- You are self-motivated to solve problems and provide innovative solutions
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
