Green Monday is a multi-faceted social venture with the mission to take on the world’s most pressing crises of climate change, global food insecurity and public health. Founded in Hong Kong on Earth Day 2012, Green Monday advocates for at least one plant-based day per week, engaging all stakeholders to construct a sustainable global ecosystem of future food. Today one-third of the Hong Kong population is practicing Green Monday, and the Green Monday movement has now expanded to over 30 global regions including Mainland China, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Kingdom.
Green Monday Group is equipped with food tech, business, investment and advocacy arms, and is designed as a platform to include everyone to be part of the change.
