Job Description
60% Lead management
i. Determine contact details of potential leads / customers
ii. Contact potential customers via all channels
iii. Convert opportunities into potential contracts
30% Account & Opportunity management
i. Support customer with delivery information
ii. Develop & deliver account management schedule
iii. Establish long-term support contracts
iv. Ensure transition between customer and delivery
10% Project execution
i. Focus on delivering Excellent Customer Service through Feedback and Value-added Services.
Requirements:
1. 4-5 years of B2B/ Corporate sales experience required, preferably with experience in the language
services (Translation/ Interpretation) or Training (Language/ Corporate Training) -
Senior Executives looking to move to a manager position (Opportunity to work with large Multinational
Companies)
2. Hunter/ Business development profile- This role would require a proactive/ highly motivated individual to
do a lot of lead generation/ cold calling / Meetings
