“Genie” is our official application provides sets of fun and AI guided exercises that focus on instant relief on discomforts and pains resulting from long hours in front of a computer at work, using a mobile device and living a sedentary lifestyle. These short and effective AI guided exercises are co-created by domain experts(such as yoga teachers, fitness coaches, and physiotherapists) to motivate people to develop a healthy wellness habit in lifespan so to prevent chronic physical illness, and this could also extend to benefit both workers and employers/companies for a more productive and healthier workforce.
