We’re hiring for a Sales Manager – full time position based in Hong Kong to focus on the development of local sales & partnerships.
What you will oversee:
- Outbound sales: prospect actively & manage opportunity pipeline for local clients looking for remote team management applications & flexible office spaces. Multi-channel sales approach: Calls, LinkedIn, Emailing, Networking & Marketing campaigns
- Inbound sales: handle incoming lead from the qualification to the pitching and closing. Coordinate marketing effort to increase volume & quality of leads generated online.
- Onboard & cross/up-sell: first steps of the client onboarding prior to the transition to the customer success team. Regular monitoring of customer satisfaction and identify up/cross-sell opportunity.
- Business partner: identify & build of a close relationship with local workspace partners (coworking spaces & serviced offices) & with software vendors targeting similar target audience.
What we want to see in you:
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales in the software / B2B industry
Sales pipeline management with HubSpot or equivalent CRM software (Salesforce…)
- Negotiation, sales, communication & networking skills
- Good at making cold calls and any form of cold prospection
- Native/Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese (French, Spanish or other language is a plus)
- Interest in the local Startup & Workspace market with networking contacts
- Curious about everything digital, tech and new marketing technologies
- Not afraid to be part of a brand-new start-up working environment with a small team.
