You’re passionate about performance and content marketing. Your justification on ad spend is based off the multiplier from the breakeven ROAS, your conversation on client acquisition strategy is backed by channel LTV vs CAC and you have realised attribution by last click is fools gold.
You’ll be working with a data driven and growing marketing team, be exposed to and supporting the product, sales, operations and account management team in delivering full funnel marketing strategy and execution.
Your Responsibilities begin but not limited to
- Manage the SEO & SEM arms of the marketing mix
- Hypothesis, execute, measure, report and optimize user acquisition and retention strategies to reach monthly lead generation targets and increase client CLV
- Thorough understanding of growth hacking model (AARRR), design acquisition and social engagement campaigns for traffic, remarketing and conversion.
- Work with Product and Account Management teams to design and analyze campaigns on customer platform behaviours to increase retention and CLV
- Perform data and traffic analysis through Google Sheets/Excel and Google
- Data Studio and generate actionable improvement plans
Your Ideal Attributes
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with SaaS/PaaS brands
- 2-4 years in digital and growth marketing.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing Google Ads & SEO campaigns
- Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets & GTM is a must
- Mixpanel is an advantage
- Competency in designing data analytics framework and implementing analytics tools
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, analytical, problem solving and communications skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
