Cambodia is advancing rapidly as an economic powerhouse in SE Asia but there are huge inequality in learning opportunities between those living in the city and those in rural and provincial centers. We believe that eLearning can help level the playing field so everyone has the same opportunity to learn, to develop their skills and improve their situation. It is especially important to provide school leavers, and those who have not completed even secondary school, with ways they can learn and develop skills that will help them get a job to complete their education.
