Passion

Japan could not compete with peers in the software industries on the world stage. And this being with the fact that there is no dearth of innovativeness. Industries still lack diversity of nationalities, which is essential for them to expand beyond the domestic market. On the other hand the population is aging and declining and this will be a major issue even for the domestic market. We wanted to address these issues.

Products

Japan has huge shortage of information technology talent. On the other side Japanese software industries have realized that they have been lagging behind in this domain on international stage. These issues can only be addressed by bringing diversity in the workforce and bringing in foreign talent. It's still a long way to go, but we wanted to a part of the initiatives to solve these issues. On the other hand Japanese companies in other countries need Japanese speaking talent to bridge with the headquarters, and we wish to expand in that area too.

EJ or EmploymentJapan.com connects the English speaking tech talent to Japanese industries and Japanese speaking bilinguals with Japanese companies in other countries.
