We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial-minded individual that is excited to play a critical role in the success of Driveclub, being the go-to person for our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play an important role in assisting in setting and implementing the operational strategy and details.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in defining and developing the operational strategy
- Lead and manage day to day operations of Driveclub , providing our customers with seamless car sharing insurance
- Develop and standardize processes that will help Driveclub to serve our customers more efficiently
- Report any operational issues
- Problem solve operational issues
- Build rapport with customers and partners
- Manage relationship with our customers
- Develop social media strategy, promotions and posts

Previous work experience required
- Minimum working experience of 3 years
- Previous working experience in early stage startups preferred
- Experience working with luxury brands a plus
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable University
