For B2C service line, we operate a Research Online Purchase Offline (ROPO) platform named DarkMoney. It includes A.I. Insurance Consultation, Self-served Comparison Platform, Purchasing (includes Online and Offline) and Advanced Claim service (includes 2nd Claim Advice, Doctors Referral, and Medical Consultation Services). Also, we will keep holding health talks to the general public especially our member.
For B2B service line, we create media value through both advertorial and networking services. Besides, we will cooperate with external medical groups to provide Group Health Solutions to Hong Kong Companies. For Agent, we will have a package for the agent to enjoy our premium claim services to provide a better user experience to insurance buyers.
